PhilIt is not looking so bad. Maybe trim off the lower droopy looking leaves. What looks bad to you? Not full enough? That takes time but if following its needs, it should happen very quickly this time of year. 3 is n escargot that I divided about a month ago. It was rough getting it done. But it was huge. It was droopy for about a week and then started coming back. So yours will happen.
