Can someone help me try and figure out how to save my Catmint? What do I need to do? Will it bounce back quick?

That’s not uncommon with cat mint. It just gets woody and dies off. You can cut the entire thing down to about 4-6 inches to help reset it but with it that much space in the middle you might dig it up and split it into 3 plants. (Discard the woody center) If you cut it back after each bloom cycle it will help it stay more compact and it won’t get so woody. Planting it in full sun also keeps it from getting tall and floppy too.

Thank you so much! I’m soo new to this.. I need someone to hold my hand through the process. So thank you 😅🥹 I was scared it was done for.

Not at all. It looks really healthy…just needs a haircut. And since it is so big…splitting it will keep the crown healthier. I had the same thing happen with a lace leaf fern. (It didn’t get a haircut but I did split it and remove the dead crown) It’s easy to panic when first seeing it…but judging from the photos it’s healthy…just needs a trim.
