Is that a pup growing from my Chinese money plant? Should I give it its own pot?

Same question! I just found town in my pot this morning. And I’m very new to plants.
1 likeYes, congrats! I tend to wait until it’s at least 2-3 inches tall. I’ve had more success when I’ve let it mature and become a little bit more established. They root very easily in water. Also, you don’t have to prune it. You can leave it, it’s up to you. Both of my pileas have crazy amounts of pups and I use to prune and propagate a lot, now I just leave it and it’s quite bushy and cute.
