Spider mites. The your plant to the shower and blast off what you can with water. Wait until the foliage is dry and then treat with pesticide of your choice.
3 likesI like gnome’s advice minus the pesticides, although that’s a personal preference. With spidermites the important thing to be aware of is that they lay eggs under the surface of the leaves, so if you hose this off in the shower, you’ll wash the mites away, but you’ll want to stay vigilant and repeat your treatment (whichever route you take) until you stop seeing them 👍🏻😎

0 likesThey are on the plant itself. And they will travel to nearby plants, so QT this one. Generally if you don't want to use a pesticide, you just shower every few days. Spray each leaf down top and bottom and you don't have to bother individually wiping usually.
2 likesnot in the soil!
1 likeI treated mine with Neem oil once a week for 6 weeks after blasting them with water the best I could. I didn’t treat the soil so my guess to your question is no, they’re just on the plant itself.
2 likesDefinitely spider mites, shower them off and then I spray regularly with a soapy water mix. If it's really bad I'll sometimes cut off the bad parts so long as it won't kill the plant.
