Where’s your go-to place to buy plants? Is there an online store you trust?

Some people will highly disagree with this but I have purchased most of my common plants at Home Depot. The more rare/uncommon ones, I have purchased from either Facebook groups or Etsy. I don't have any particular person I buy from. I honestly just look at their profile and make sure there aren't any red flags that would make me not want to buy from them.

It really depends on the store. I have four Lowe’s within 30 minutes. One of them has great plants. One is so so. The other two couldn’t care less about the department. So the big box stores can vary a lot.

PLANT PURGE? I just started using it & man it's addictive. Mostly buying rare plant cuttings & corms to try out cultivation.

i’ve been buying plants from Gabriella Plants for over a year! she gives quality for sure 💚 i’ve also bought from Easyplant, but they can be a hit or miss. however, the misses are rectified with great customer service. they’ll replace your plant if it arrives damaged or if it drastically unalives itself after troubleshooting

I used to order from Mountain Crest. Last two shipments had to be replaced because the plants were so bad. But the replacements were not very good either, so I just gave up on them. I have a couple of local plant stores that I use frequently, but I don’t do online ordering.

Recent orders (I went a lil nuts for my birthday): 1) plant proper - definitely recommend. 2) glass box tropicals -- couldn't possibly recommend more. 3) Steve's leaves: awesome plants but came with moss & liverwort in the containers, so I think their growing environment is more greenhouse than lab (which is totally fine unless you are planning a vivarium or have rare/tender plants)

I've been buying from a mix-big box, Amazon, Plant Purge USA (a Facebook group), Etsy & TikTok shop. Got some great plants from Trader Joe's actually. Also just put in an order with Brumley & Bloom which has a nice selection & good prices. Their reviews are stellar so fingers crossed.

Ordered from Canopy Plant Co twice. Received very healthy plants. I’m in Texas they shipped from Louisiana in about 2-3 business days
