   I would trim the burnt leaf, give it consistent watering and bright light, fertilize it every 2nd watering, and give the main stem a chopstick, bamboo stick, moss pole, etc for support (don’t tie the petiole down, only the stem). It will take time but it’s a hardy plant that can take a beating

   It would help to know what exactly it is. It looks like a baby monstera of some kind to me. Is that what it is?

     It looks like a juvenile monstera deliciosa, leaves and stem looks like my smallest one

     That’s what I figured as well but if the owner knows for sure I wanted to double check. It looks like maybe 2 of them in the same pot, or the stem is buried deeper than normal. I was going to add maybe remove some of the top soil so it’s not covering the main stem if it’s 1 plant.
