Hi, just wondering what is the best way to remove dead flowers from a petunia? Do you just pull the flower off or cut the flower and leaf around it? Thank you.

Love these- one of my favs for the yard. I usually just pinch the dead blooms off. You can also deadhead the whole thing if its starts getting scraggly and it will reset it and push out new blooms.

I just added this to my planta right now and it showed me your post and I thought it worth mentioning that the woman in the garden center said to not just pinch the flower, but go down to where the flower meets the last stem and if you pinch it there, it’ll grow two more in its place. So I’m gonna try that and we’ll see if it works. 🤷🏻‍♀️
