What have I done wrong when staking my monstera? I researched beforehand and took pictures of my plant and had it pretty much mapped out for me but I’ll admit I still wasn’t confident. What do I do with those three leaves that are drooping on the bottom? I was instructed not to tie any branches that easily bent to the stake but it seems like they need to be tied? Help! I posted this 2 weeks ago and received one response. I’m hoping I can get more please. For now I tucked the leaves in between other stems so they aren’t drooping. Maybe I have more than one in here and I need to separate and repot?

  1. Nichole

I have the same issue with 1 of my bottom Monstera leaves. My solution was to get one of those poles that are normally in pots with orchids, I stick that in the pot underneath the leaf and just let the leaf sit on it. They come with little clips on them, so u can adjust it to the height of ur leaf.
