How do you clean your plants? Most of the time I use a damp paper towel. I know some folks shine their leaves. What do you use?

I mix about 1:3 milk to water and spray it on my plants and wipe off with a towel. It makes leaves shine and hasn’t caused any problems for me

I just 1 tablespoon of dish soap in a big spray bottle. It cleans, shines, and keeps pests away!

Be careful with dish soap …I used Dawn to clean my new alocasia and philodendron and it burned the leaves…I usually use Dr Bronners peppermint castile soap but I wasn’t home at the time. Now I’m afraid to use anything but water leaf shine and neem oil

Yeah I’ve heard about that so when I do clean the leaves I do it away from the sun to help prevent that. Once they dry I put them back and they have been thriving
