So this is my 2.5 El Phanty 🤣 when i say 2.5 I mean that she would be in 2 leaves strong and I always know when the 3rd is coming cause she start to look like this . I don’t know what I’m doing wrong any recommendations? I would love to make it past 3 healthy leaves but that’s asking for to much clearly lol
Have you treated it for thrips? The spots on the leaves look like possible thrips… I don’t see spider mite webbing but something is definitely off… either thrips or nutritional deficiency possibly… but my bet is thrips.
1 j'aime I have tried for thrips and nothing , I even rinsed her completely off & repot her and sprayed her down and nothing has change

this problem has always confused me. i've never encountered this one. nutrient deficiency is most likely, but sometimes it's something else? what light does it get?
1 j'aime That part for sure ! Never fails to not confuse me . I’ve tried placing her in just about every plant combo for light
0 J'aime what does fertilizer look like? my alocasia get a "weakly weekly" type of schedule. just a splash of fertilizer with every watering. it's what i've always done and i've never had the leaf-cycling issue
