I have a question. The app is showing that this plant is a rubber plant , but on the tag it’s showing something different. Which plant is it?

NicoleeIt’s in the “Ficus” family!

It's a ficus hybrid. A pure f. microcarpa would have much smaller leaves; this one is probably a cross between that and one of the bigger leaf species. Ficus elastica is the rubber plant, and it is a large leaf species in the same family. For care I'd recommend looking up both the microcarpa and the elastica. If they're different, just kind of split the difference and then do trial and error to find its preferences
