If it’s anything like mine; there should be a “continuous” button - marked “c” maybe?

The lights won’t turn on for more than a second now. I have a feeling it’s the controller since occasionally it would stay on past the 12 hours I set it for or not come on at all. Towards the end it would come on at a lower brightness than what it was set at.

Is yours the kind where you just click one button? If so you just click through until it just on. There’s usually an option.

That’s the controller. There’s also a remote. I ask because on my other light (which is the same exact model) doesn’t turn in anymore, but the lights will come on for a second.

Even if I unplug it and everything resets, it just won’t turn on. At all. From the remote or the on-unit controller. Nothing.

Does it come pre wired with the plug part? Or is it a block like for a mobile device?

Sound like the other one has a wiring or light issue. If it can with a power block that looks like it could belong to a phone try swapping it out.
