Lo

I’m new-ish to plants- I’ve read that spider plants flower first, then develop babies after. What do I do with the long stems? Leave them or cut them at a certain time once the babies are ready? Thank you!

Congrats! Yes they’ll grow into little babies. Once they’re about this size they easily fall off the runner and can be easily propagated in water. Happy growing! 🌱

I only bother cutting them off if they're getting in the way. I love watching the babies grow, although I have so many spider plants now I only bother cutting the babies off when they get inconveniently big!
