I posted this on the Monstera board a few days ago but I am looking for more information, please. My Thai Con was in bad shape, so I chopped it. This is what is left. I have roots, but should I: 1) Just plant them? 2) Trim leaves and put in a prop box to strengthen? 3) Leave in water for awhile? Thanks!

If the roots are like 5 inches long or already have secondary roots go ahead and plant it. Personally I would keep the scraggly leaves but it’s up to you if you want to cut them off. IMO there’s still life in it and it will shrivel up putting energy back into the plant. Some people say cut your losses and let the plant start fresh.
