Peroxide and water. You can find the ratio to mix online but it works (I use 1 cup peroxide to 8-9 cups of water. I also got 2 carnivorous plants that eat the fliers.

Mosquito dunks are also a good option!

Or mosquito bits. Same product just easier to work with in my opinion. Mix it in your water and make tea or sprinkle some on top of all your plants so every time you water it kills them. Both methods have worked for me. Ive been gnat free for over 2 years. Crossing my fingers it stays that way!

Beneficial nematodes. They love gnat larvae! Just pick the right ones. I highly recommend Nature’s Good Guys for all of your beneficial insect needs: naturesgoodguys.com/collections/beneficial-nematodes I also recommend applying them with a quality sprayer: naturesgoodguys.com/collections/beneficial-nematodes/products/all-purpose-handheld-sprayer (And, no, I don’t work for them or get any affiliate commissions. I just appreciate them as a company, doing good work in the world. I had a *bad* fungus gnat infestation last summer that about drove me nuts.) It takes a couple of weeks to notice a decline in the population because their lifecycle from cradle to grave is about four (4) weeks. I also recommend using neem tea to water your plants. (You have to use dish soap as an emollient for neem oil, which will kill your beneficial nematodes. They’re quite happy squirming around in the neem tea, however!) youtu.be/BwelmZFjEzI?si=iH-SXXp719nBd6JT Best of luck!
