Just repot my anthuriums into Lechuza pon - any tips to hopefully see them acclimate smoothly to the new medium 😬

Keep them in the same environment they were before that will help prevent shock, make sure to water them thoroughly too!

i've seen some people say to top water for the first week to help the new roots get closer to the resevoir?

I love those little planters. I've been transitioning to those and larger ones. I'm currently, slowly moving everything to leca, lechuza pon and pon. I've been top watering every 3 days for the first few weeks, keeping the reservoir empty. After week 3 I move to reservoir and 1/4th strength Foliage Pro with every full up. Seems to be working😁

sounds like a great plan - may give the 3 week top watering period a try with these!
