Your peperomia looks beautiful and the established leaves appear to be doing really well. I would encourage you to fully program all requested information in the app. Because it can help you narrow down any issues like fertilizing, sunlight exposure, watering, transplanting etc. I would encourage you to fertilize the plant because the established leaves may be taking available scarce nutrients but be sure to look into the app to determine best fertilizer…

I would do all of this except for the watering schedule since it may get over watered :) just stick your finger a little bit in the soil and if it's dry/barely moist then you could water it.

Clarification: don’t do anything until you program all requested information into the app because it will inevitably help you narrow down any potential issues that require resolution. The app ask several questions to get your plant on a “smart schedule” and only afterwards interact with your app to help you narrow down potential issues. For example, on the app home screen at the bottom there is a stethoscopes. You can take pictures of your plant and it will prompt you to answer questions and it will make recommendations based on your responses, information you programmed into the app about your plant, and the app software containing care information about the type if plant you have. The app will give you options for treatment of potential issues: then you can narrow down what to implement as your first option based on your own experience with your plant. Outside of that my overall suggestions were intended for you to program your plant information into the app as a starter because it will give you a baseline yo work from moving forward taking care of your beautiful plant.

By the way, that thing you’re holding is the plant’s “flower.” You can cut it off—they’re not pretty, and clipping them will redirect the energy back to the foliage. Nice looking plant!

Yes they are flowers and if your plant is doing well, you will see many more. They don’t look very attractive, so I always cut them off when I water. Sorry to disappoint but peperomia don’t have nice flowers.
