Do you have a magnifying glass? Or use phone magnifier to check underside of leaves. Spider mites cause red spots. If mites you will see them or their webbing. If spots are red or brown it could be edema. If the roots take up more water than the leaves can transpire, the cells burst. Caused by moisture stress or reaction to fungicides/ insecticides. Lack of bright indirect light, inadequate airflow or rapid temperature fall all contribute. Merely cosmetic and as plant matures it will be less apparent.
