3 questions...If you find live earth worms, in your potted indoor plants , do you leave them alone or try and get them out? Reasons why or why not? How the heck do they end up in indoor plants?

They could be in the soil mix that you are using! Especially when it contains worm castings I have a bag of worm castings so if I see one, I put them back in the bag lol But usually they eat decaying matter but if you do not have enough of that in the soil, they will start eating the roots of your plant
3 J'aimeI’ve only ever found one worm in my indoor plants and I just moved it to my veggie and herb garden to do its thing there 🌱
2 J'aimeI remove them, can’t stand having worms inside my house 😬
2 J'aimeHi guys I’m new to indoor plants what kinds of plans have worms ? I also don’t want them in my indoor plants ? I have aloe Vera , ponytail, snake plant and small olive plant .
2 J'aimeI found a few 😳 in my ficus ruby plants while watering last year. So they live outdoors now. Plants seem to be thriving.
1 j'aimeBetter than finding a slug. I found a slug under a Trader Joe’s hydrangea and it got rehomed.
1 j'aimeI'm not a huge fan of worms but they are good for outdoor gardening, so I toss them out of the way whenever I run into them while digging
1 j'aimeI had recently repotted one of my alocasias, when watering a few days back, thought the roots looked a bit odd, then saw the thing contract. Its a first I'd seen one in an indoor plant. Couldn't imagine where it came from, which is where this post stemmed from. Its got be from adding worm castings when I repotted. The worm went outside and Ive since obsessed with looking at all my recent repots. Lol
