What’s the best way to clean pots between plants? I live in an apartment and I’m a little wary of having a big thing of bleach around.

White vinegar and water. No chemicals .

Oh, that’s perfect. I’d prefer not to use chemicals as well. Thank you both!
좋아요 1개Third.... White vinegar, if anything shady was in the pot, I'll spray it down with the fungicide I use on the plants after I rinse the vinegar off too. Just to doubly make sure
2개 좋아요If there was nothing suspect in the pot before (root rot, etc.) I use hot water and dish soap. Otherwise white vinegar is a go to, or if it’s not plastic boiling water and letting it soak.

I have mostly glazed and unglazed clay…boiling water doesn’t crack clay pots for you?
0개 좋아요I tend to use ceramic pots and the few times I’ve used it on those it hasn’t bothered them. But if you have concerns white vinegar is a good cleaner, and cleaning vinegar is even stronger.

Oh I didn’t think about that! What a great idea.
