Advice needed! Why are the tips of my spiders always brown? I have them in a northern window with a grow light. I only water them with distilled water when my moisture meter is leaning towards dry. Even the plant with the baby has brown tips. I don't know what else to do.
Very common and usually has to do with humidity

Stop bothering with distilled water. If your tap water is nasty, put it through a brita filter. Spiders don’t need distilled water, and actually distilled water can be very detrimental to soil health and pH balances.
1 like Oh interesting. I thought I read somewhere distilled can help with the brown tips. If I can just use tap that's much easier.
0 likes Distilled is really only the answer for extremely sensitive plants or plants that want zero nutrients in the water like carnivorous Plants.
