Nice! Tradescantia or callisia repens variety?
0 LikesIf I'm not mistaken, it is Goldfish plant. It's called because of the shape of its flower. I used to have one 😊
1 LikeIt’s a goldfish plant. I think it’s either a “black gold” cultivar or “shady lady mae” cultivar, given the darker green color to the leaves. This is my Shady Lady Mae Goldfish Plant, for reference. It has darker green leaves than the average goldfish plant, and lovely red undersides to the leaves. My money is on yours being a “Black Gold” cultivar of Goldfish Plant, though, since yours has a shape that’s more similar to the regular shape of the average goldfish plant, Nematanthus gregarius. Hope this helps!
1 LikeThis is my Wettstein’s Goldfish Plant, as another reference. As you can see, the leaves on your goldfish plant are more similar to this type of Nematanthus, so opting for the ID on the app for the typical Nematanthus gregarius or a Black Gold Goldfish Plant should give you the care tips you need.
