Does anyone know why the leaves on the bottom are green and not pink? Does it require more light?

Early starter leaves on this variety of syngonium can emerge green even in bright light. It’s normal. More pink leaves will emerge as the plant matures especially in good light. My Syngonium Neon Robusta has few green leaves since it’s older than the Syngonium Pink and a different variety. The Syngonium Pink kept more green tinted leaves even when both were kept in the same location getting direct morning sunlight. 🪴🍀

Thank you. They look great next to a Neon Pothos or Lemon Lime Philodendron. All easy care in direct morning sunlight and bright afternoon shade. 🪴🍀
