Mine are also the same!! I read that they are called “sheaths” - basically a papery thin encasing of new leaves. They protect new leaves as they grow. When the leaf begins to emerge and unfurl, the sheath no longer serves a purpose and begins to dry out, turning brown and sometimes shedding. You can actually remove them manually after they turn brown like this. I usually don’t and let them fall off. However if you’re the tips of your Marble Pothos are turning brown the soil is probably over saturated between watering and the roots are not getting enough nutrients. But do not worry about the brown sheaths. Hope this helps! ☺️
