how should i change this from water to soil and is it ready?

    People may disagree, but I would go ahead and put it in soil if it were mine. Keep the soil a little extra moist for a few days before going into a normal watering schedule for a smooth transition from water to dirt.

    The general rule is if your roots have roots you’re good to go. I do agree with the previous answer. You could probably plant them now in a small nursery planter and keep them really well watered for the first few days to let the roots adapt. I would also use some root drops to help them with the transition.

    Clonex in the soil with above suggestions would help it stimulate more root growth. Prop drops work great as well though.
