Need opinions — do we believe this is a Watermelon Peperomia or Watermelon Dischidia? I have cats and one is okay while the other is not. It is starting to bud which is what led me down the rabbit hole.

    Dischidia. Not a peperomia. Here’s my Watermelon Peperomia, Wanda, for comparison.

      https://links.getplanta.com/bbns Here’s the ID for your plant, and as a heads up as you mentioned having cats, it is toxic, whereas a peperomia is non-toxic to cats

      That’s where my concern came from. I noticed it didn’t look like my other peperomia so down the rabbit hole. Thanks for confirming! Yours looks beautiful!!
