Hello! I just moved into a new home with a bunch of plants in the front and back. I have never took care of plants in my life, but would like to make them grow and keep up with them. I came into the house with them looking rough already, so looking to bring them back to life. I attached the pictures of the ones in the front yard. Any advice helps! Thanks!
It's nearing the end of the season. Best to get ready for next year. You'll want to be ready to add fertilizer next spring. Pick slow release ones suited for each plant. Clear the area around the base of each plant before sprinkling the fertilizer. Then put the mulch back.

0개 좋아요 Almost always it depends on your zone. Trees and shrubs no just prun to keep a desirable shape. Lilies, hydrangeas, grasses (leave them over winter so the birds have food) and such tend to die in winter and regrow in spring. If it's brown, cut it! If it's green, keep it.
