How often do you water and what is your lighting situation? Mine sits in a west facing window and I rarely water it. I wait until it is completely dry before giving it water. I’ve had mine for over a year and it seems to be very happy. I actually just propagated some cuttings!!

Also, I don’t know how long you have had your plant in that pot, but your pot is way too big. Most houseplants don’t like having that much space to grow in. I would recommend sizing your pot way down. It may do better in a smaller pot….like a 4” pot, since you only have two stems.
3 likesAbsolutely need a smaller pot. Jade trees are extremely picky about how much soil surround them because they don’t like the roots staying wet too long. I keep mine in the smallest pot I can and only upsize when I notice it’s thirsty before my water schedule is up. I also don’t fertilize mine and don’t have any issues with it. It’s also a great idea to use a very well draining soil that has plenty of peat, perlite, orchid bark, and some regular potting soil so that the roots dry out quicker.

I read that jade plants do better in terra cotta planters too.
