Hey guys! I was just curious if it’s possible to eat the ornamental pepper plants sold at nurseries? I recently bought two and was wondering if they were safe to eat :)

    they are edible, but because they're bred for looks and not consumption, they might not taste very good. they're also known for being considerably spicier than other peppers of similar appearance

    Those are typically Thai peppers. The one on the left kinda looks like tepin pepper. Both of which are edible and spicy
