Monstera Thai which was previously doing well now with these brown spots on leaves. Only the white parts too. Has a halo grow light but I’ve been using this for a while. Has good drainage too. Any ideas

its common for the variegated parts of plant to brown, as there is no chlorapyll present. as long as the green parts of the plant are still healthy, you can trim off any brown parts without any worry!

The problem is that it isn’t getting enough light. Variegated monstera require a lot of light to keep the white parts healthy.

Hmmm ok. I’ll double up on the grow lights then

I’d suggest looking into something stronger overall. Even doubling up on halos won’t be enough. Couple suggestions for consideration. 1. Get a multi bulb floor stand lamp fixture with some Sansi grow lights. Quality brand that you can get off Amazon for a decent price. 2. Get a pendant style light to hang from the ceiling. STERRAN is the brand I’d recommend. It’s REALLY strong so you can hang from a distance. If you go that route, you’ll need to hang the light in front of your plant and then tilt/angle the light beam towards the leaves. If you hang it directly above, you’ll change the morphology of the leaves and they’ll start to face the ceiling. Kind of what the back leaf in your picture is doing now. Crazy third option 😂 Get a reptile heating light hanger and hook the pendant light / Sansi bulbs to the adjustable arm. This would give you a lot flexibility with adjusting light angles, but is probably the most expensive lol. That’s what I’m using for my Ornata and Exotica totem. Thank you for attending my Ted Talk.

Amazing. I’ll come to any of your Ted talks. I was worried the plant had something more sinister going on. More light is easy
