Saw these amazing looking flowers in a neighborhood in Texas, and O couldn’t recognize what they are. We don’t see much flowers in Texas due extreme weather, anyone knows what they are, or has any experience with them?

Pink hibiscus, perhaps?
1 j'aimeHerbaceous hibiscus (as opposed to the woody bush/small tree form.) I've found these to be very hardy, but fair warning: japanese beetles love them. Mine ignored the beetles and still bloomed despite them skeletonizing its leaves, but it's something to be aware of, especially if you have other plants that would be vulnerable to those
