should i give the plant new soil?
0 Mi piaceYes and remove the soil from the roots and spray it down to make sure none of those evil abominations are left alive so they can’t cause your plant any more harm and I mean spray not just the roots but the whole plant to just be safe.

AH okay, thanks so much for your help. i’ve noticed the plants been getting yellow leaves lately so that might be why 😭

lowkey wish it was 😭
2 Mi piaceI have Never Never plants out the wazoo! They are fertile and love to spread so divide it every time you repot once a year or if they get root bound 😊 they say to give them away as gifts for good fortune

oh wow okay, i didn’t know that. thank you! 😊it’s really grown over the last year so i’ll divide it up when i deal with those grubs 🤢
1 mi piaceExactly!
0 Mi piaceYou don't need to replant or anything like that! They're just springtails lol. You can leave them alone or you can wipe out the tray with a paper towel. If you don't want them to come back, be sure to wipe the tray after every watering. They show up when water sits in the drain tray for a long time after the plant is watered.

thank you for this info, but they don’t seem to look like springtails unless its larvae right now but they do look like baby worms
0 Mi piaceYour way is a heck of a lot easier too!
