It’s bumpy and dry and I tried to wipe it and it won’t come off. Also I recently replanted it so I don’t want to scrape it

Jillian ChampLooks like a jade succulent they deposit salt from the pores in there leaves it should rub of with your finger if that’s what it is

I tried to wipe it and it wouldn’t come off. It feels stuck/embedded onto it.

TylerCrassula, especially the jade and its many cultivars, like to deposit minerals on their leaves. You wouldn’t happen to be using tap water would you?
