Can anyone tell me what this long thing growing from my monstera is? I wrapped it around a trellis because it was all over the place. What am I supposed to do with it?

Aerial root. In the wild they grow up trees etc and use those to stabilize themselves. Keep it, chop it, it doesn't really do much inside your house. The real nutrients come from the soil. And it's not attached to anything.

Looks like a vine to me, when I got my Peru it was similar one vine only had two leaves at the top and was bare all the way to the soil so I cut it back and now it’s pushed out a new leaf. It may be because it’s looking for more light maybe?

This is where I cut mine and the new leaf that grew. Different plant I know but the vine looked almost identical to the one in your picture before I cut it

looks like what we call a 'runner'. it's a vine with no leaves. chop it up & propagate and you'll have a bunch of new plants!
