Sorry if controversial, no negativity needed... I'm in Vermont so it's kinda the "norm" and legal to grow...are there any groups on here for cannabis?

    Friendly reminders: weed has been found to be addictive. It can cause severe (like lasts multiple years) dissociative and/or psychotic episodes in some people (no way to know in advance if you're predisposed to that or not.) And, recently discovered effect: it causes potentially permanent epigenetic changes in people's DNA. Please avoid the smoke format because some people do not want secondhand any of that. Please do not spread misleading claims about it having no harmful effects.

      Are you unaware of how that plant is used, and that fact that it is often described as safe? Because even if YOU didn't say it, it has been said enough times to warrant some safety information. I don't care what life choices other people want to make, i just don't want to get secondhand /psychosis/ because people aren't aware of the risks involved with it

      You aren’t at risk of second hand anything via the app, or these posts. LOTS of things are addictive; including house plants. There were no endorsements in this thread. I see no claims other than your anti-cannabis claims re: dissociation, psychosis, and epigenetics. Rather, I saw a friendly referral to a sister app. The only thing I read that seemed inappropriate was your attack post. Respectfully, - a psych student who has studied all subjects mentioned above.

    Who said anyone was smoking anything? Did I ask about smoking forums? Hmmm, no... I grow plants. All sorts of them....I have zero interests in your opinion of people who smoke.. For you to assume only shows how many small minded and uneducated, nevermind judgemental bystanders that just lurk waiting to play the intelligent holier than thou card You, Waspwhoever, not worth another second. People like you will do just this, always behind a keyboard and screen...lol...you know there's some great CBD/THC strains to help treat those conditions...edible or smokable

      What part of "friendly reminder" do you not understand. I was posting a reminder. For safety. In case the person intended to smoke it. In case they weren't aware of recent findings on the plant. It's pretty uncommon for people to want to grow that specific species without having a desire to use it, so i mentioned the fact that it can hurt people if used carelessly. If op isn't intending to smoke it then they're definitely an outlier, and someone else had literally mentioned being "a pothead." You've also been incredibly rude, and judgemental, and attacked my character multiple times. Grow up

    My seeds arrive Monday, this is a pic of what I'm hoping for!! She's beautiful isn't she!! Not that i have to say this...but...it's not even a THC strain...imagine that...a cannabis plant for another purpose other than getting high

    Yes!! Actually arrived Saturday. Popped it right in final grow pot. Broke thru the surface last night, today is about 1 1/2 inches tall already!! 😁

      So exciting!! Thank you for sharing. You know there are LEGO botanical plant models that someone has uploaded to Planta. If someone can do THAT then I don’t see why you cannot have a discussion group for cannabis

      Which soil do you use? I read somewhere that the Happy Frog brand soil is really good for growing cannabis varieties in. I have had excellent results with their soil for other NONTOXIC LEGAL PLANTS 🤨😏🤪 (sorry for shouting- it was a jab at others 😜😂)

    I've got it in Fox farm ocean forest. Germinated right in the pot. It's growing so fast!!!!

      Yes! I love their mix!! I use it for most all of my houseplants. Read it can be too "hot" for autoflower seedlings, but it's worked great for mine so far
