I bought these two pothos that were on sale and needed saving from Walmart. I did not anticipate the amount of crane flies and gnats that would come with them. I had them quarantining in the bathroom (in a studio apartment) but damn bugs would not leave after several treatments of neem oil and hydrogen peroxide so I had to save what I could and toss the rest :( to new beginnings!

I was just in Lowe’s and wanted to save some pothos that were clearance for 4 bucks but way to small to be spending money on a “maybe” they were very horrid looking. Asked to get them a little more off and they said they would rather get the credit for trashing them then to mark it down anymore 😞 You did superb though 😊

Oh no- did you treat the sink drains in the bathroom. They love to lay eggs in there, which then keep reinfesting the plants😬

Yup- they love drains for breeding. Boiling water works well too
