Seeking grow light suggestions! I have a monstera I’m trying to move away from the window and turn around to face the inside of my place. Any recommendations on grow lights are very appreciated. I want to get one that is strong enough to promote more fenestration in future leaves, and promote a bit more upright growth. I’m looking for something that doesn’t scream grow light, ideally something that is a floor lamp-like style. Photo attached of one I found on amazon but don’t know if I should trust. Thank you for suggestions!!!

I’d love for these to be my plants haha but this is the Amazon image of the grow lamp I have saved!

First I’d recommend getting a light meter. This way you can ensure the bulbs distance and strength to make sure they’re getting enough light. Second you could buy any lamp you’d like and get a grow bulb, Soltech and Sansi are popular brands.

Your best bet is Amazon. Depends on the aesthetic you want for your space. I read the reviews and go from there. Here is the example of ones I have.

I have several floor lamps that I just added a Sansi grow light bulb to. Sansi has many wattages available for you to choose from. Drawback is that you need a light that will accept the large grow light bulbs. Be careful of the reviews. Many people buy them without realizing how dim the cheaper bulbs are. Depending on distance to plant, probably need at least 30 watt. 10 watt LED compares to a 150 watt incandescent. Pic are some cheap floor lamps that I use. Notice size of bulb. Verticals are also available. Barrina and Sansi are well known name brands.

Here are my vertical Barrinas. They are each 40 watts.

In order to get the growth you want from the monstera you’ll also need to give it something to climb. They’re vining plants.
