She is growing more babies and the last 2 babies didn’t get as big as i think they should of but i am a little new to this so should i repot or will they grow and be ok? As u see there are 2 littler leaves from the last babies and i am not sure if that is due to the pot size or not. Any advice or recommendations i will be grateful for.

Snake plants don’t mind being root bound. Depends if you like a fuller plant. Spring and summer they’ll grow, takes a while for the pups to pop out!

I just took 2 out of this pot and then put momma and her other pups back in the same pot. The 2 I took out were almost as big as the momma one

How do you separate them? I’m sorry I’m new to this.

I would wait till your babies get bigger so the develope more roots then when you take all of them out of the pot you can just break them at the base of momma plant and put her back in the same pot then plant the babies in smaller pots depending on how much root they have. Hope this helps and good luck
