    The bottom leaves are looking translucent. Sign of overwatering.

    Ya, try letting her dry out completely before you water next, and make sure she’s getting some warm sun!

    How often are you watering? You may need better soil for cactus/succulents. This is the soil mix I use. For echeveria i add even more grit than this soil sample.

      Succulents are awesome for propagating. Leaves are the easiest way, pop it off, let it callus for a day then put in soil (very lightly), don’t let it dry out too much, and you’ll have roots and baby leaves in no time. I have 20+ moonstone plants from a stretched mature plant that I completely took apart.

      You can also cut the head off and put that in the soil to root
