Suggestions on what’s up with this plant? I got it in October 2023 and since then have lost a lot of leaves/vines and I’m down to only these. I just repotted it last week (along with all of my other plants because I had horrible fungus gnats and none of the methods were working.) Since then gnats are gone. It got a fresh watering once it was repotted. I added a before photo from October as well. Thanks!

It’s a scindapsus of some kind! They are also sometimes called satin pothos. Not sure about the care on these as it’s one of the few I haven’t managed to keep alive. I know they do like more humidity.

Yes it’s a satin pothos/scindapsus! I do have a humidifier by this plant and some others as it’s been dry this winter! Humidifier is on about 8-10 hours a day and off at night.

It’s in Tropical soil and I added perlite for extra drainage.

you don’t want that. with pothos they love water and humidity. use normal potting soil and water it once a week.

Just watering based on a schedule can kill your plants from overwatering. You have to check if the soil is completely dry before watering these plants.

Satin pothos seem to be pretty easy to care for.. I honestly haven’t ever had it near a humidifier and it’s been thriving. It has been doing well in partial sun/lower light. It’s currently being bottom watered 🙂

I wish mine would take off like this! I bottom water when soil is dry.

How often are you watering it? The leaves look dry in after picture. They will curl up like that when they are thirsty.

Okay. Tropical soil mix is fine too. I have a similar mix for my Scindapsus Exotica. Potting soil + chunky perlite + worm castings. How much light is the plant getting?
