I accidentally way overwatered my Tradscantia today. Should I just get ahead of it and repot it in dry soil?

Overwatering once shouldn’t be a problem, especially if the pot has drainage. If I were in your shoes, I’d just leave it and not repot.

Repotting any plant causes some stress, might even be more stress than one overwater. Plants are really resilient considering how unexpected weather can be outdoors. I just like to imagine, "There was a really big storm today! My guy's gonna get through this one." Us owners are kinda playing the role of mother nature for out little guys haha

I love this!! I’m usually really good about estimating when they need to be rewatered so I can confidently say this is the first time this has happened. They have a drainage hole too. Thanks!

It’s not about HOW much you water the plant; it’s about HOW OFTEN🫡
