    Cut it if you have a lot more leaves that contribute to the photosynthesis process.

    i will only cut or take a leaf off if its turning yellow. i would leave this - its still green and is able to support the plant :)

    You can do either, you can also trim just the damaged part of the leaf and leave the rest if you want it gone for aesthetic purposes. Since it’s leaf damage and not due to the plant being unhealthy it won’t harm the plant.
