   Most plant cuttings are ready for soil once they show off some secondary roots…here’s what Gwen looked like just before I planted her.

   It’s a monstera Thai con at a young stage ,, I agree with Mikel as they should always have a secondary root system before potting , but sometimes monsteras will grow long and thick roots and you may be able to pot it then but for now I would just let it grow!! Also the spot you have it in looks perfect sun wise!
