The two on the right are peperomias and I know they like bright indirect light, so if they’re getting a lot of direct sunlight (from your window) it could be burning the leaves!

From the look of the pots (which are very cute) it seems like there aren’t any drainage holes? Which means you’re going to have a root rot problem. Plants need pots with drainage holes. If you want to use those cute pots, you’re going to need to use them as cache pots. In other words, find pots with drainage holes that will fit inside the cute pots. Repot the plants into the pots with drainage holes. Then, when you water, make sure the water that drains through the holes isn’t allowed to stay in the cache pots. Just water, allow the water to drain into the cache pots for a few minutes, then empty that water from the cache pot before you put the plant pots back in.

I have grown peperomia successfully in a window but the Parker palm will burn in direct sunlight. Make sure the soil is dry before watering again.

Take the out of the ceramic pot to water. Don’t leave standing water in the outer ceramic pots if they have no drainage holes. Water only when they dry down and not by a strict schedule which leads to overwatering. You can use opaque window film to reduce the light intensity in the windows, if needed. Sheer curtains work too. 😍🪴
