How do I get this tiny cactus to grow roots?

    Stick the bottom part into sandy soil.

    Leave it out for a a couple weeks, when u see roots put it in the correct soil

    Looks like its already growing some roots! Just stick the bottom into some soil and it should grow and keep the soil moist
