Hyacinths are bulbs. The foliage will die back naturally and you can plant the bulbs outdoors, but indoors they won't flower again.

Part-sun. You could plant them now before it gets too warm, or wait until autumn to plant them outdoors, but if you’ve got a spot that gets 4-6 hours of sun throughout the day, that would be a good spot for them. Full sun can also work, but they won’t last as long and the foliage might burn. You’ll have to water them fairly early in the morning for after sunset to avoid burning them from full sun. Hope this helps.
