Currently looks dehydrated. Many plants take turns growing either new leaves or roots. So growth may be happening below the soil.

Definitely give it lots of bright light. Mine gets full morning sun and a little late afternoon sun outside. Take off the pot to check the roots. It might need a bigger pot if it’s root bound. Water when it’s dry. It looks dry now based on the limp leaves. Don’t strictly follow a watering schedule. Always verify it needs water.

You might be overwatering. Plants will “claw” from over water. If the top 1-2” of soil is moist it’s good. If it’s dry, give her a drink. My Deliciosas get about 6hrs of morning light, then filtered afternoon light. I water them 1-2 week depending on the heat index. Good luck!
