Just re-potted my snake plant into a different container for better drainage. Bc the new container is clear, I realized my bottom watering isn’t actually reaching the roots of the plant…. Anyone know if this is a problem and I should start top watering??

Try checking the water line after about a day and see if it's still visible-- capillary rise is kinda slow, so you may find that the water distributes itself more evenly after some time. Obviously it depends on the potting mix, but that's what I noticed when I bottom water mine.

How are you bottom watering? The pot should be sitting in a large bucket, or whatever, with water almost up to the brim of your snake plant pot. When the the water show up at the top it should be thoroughly watered. But with one exception. When a pot is extremely dry the soil may repel the water. But leave it in the water bucket and eventually it will moisten the whole pot. On a side note, snake plants usually do best in succulent soil because they are succulents. Your soil may be too organic.

I leave the pot in a large bowl of water for about 10 - 20 minutes depending on the pot size. Tbh I’ve never seen bottom watering reach the absolute top of the soil. Should I be leaving it in the bowl longer maybe?

I only bottom water occasionally. If I have a very dried out plant I will bottom water. And when I do it as described water reaches the top of the soil. You need to have the water level in the bucket up to the soil level top.
