I bought Bib last week and roots are already coming through the pot. Should I repot him? Thanks in advance, Lewis

That doesn’t necessarily mean you need to repot

It can be a sign but not always. I have 3 different plants that do this and they aren’t root bound, it’s just water roots popping out the bottom searching for water

Apparently a too-dense root system impedes effective water absorption, but if this is an issue, you’d likely see effects of underwatering on your plant.
