I repotted an orchid and didn’t expect anything to happen, but we have growth! Excited to see what happens as this buddy grows and flowers.

Once it's done flowering, repot it again. Orchids need lots of air around their roots, so regular potting mixes aren't appropriate for them. Switch to an orchid bark. You can also mix in some sphagnum moss if you need extra moisture retention, which seems likely since the visible roots are clearly wrinkled and dehydrated. And you can trim the old dry flower spike; it won't bloom again. I'm glad it's doing well enough to flower, but it'll do even better once it's in bark 😀

Wow, thank you. Yeah, I didn’t know what to do with the old spike or dehydrated roots. I’ll trim it and grab the orchid bark

What fertilizer do you recommend for orchids?

I've never used fertilizer before, but orchids use an even NPK mix
